Architect Warren Platner started his career under famous architect Eero Saarinen. After working on several projects such as the original Windows on the World restaurant, atop the World Trade Center. He created his mid century furniture line for Knoll. He is know for using metal steel rods to create soft sculptural curves. These chairs are mostly popular in the nickel plated finish. Experts say that if you ever get your hands on these chairs, be sure to re-upholster them in a Knoll fabric to keep its value up. I would own this chair in a millisecond, that reminds me..
