THE CAMEROON HEADDRESS JUJU HAT

I have admired images of the Cameroon Headdress Juju Hat for years now, and only recently learned its proper name and meaning. The African feather headdress is reserved for royalty and prominent leaders among tribes, it symbolizes prosperity, wealth, and success. It has finally made its way into the design world as beautiful wall hangings. The headdress is made of natural or dyed chicken feathers or of wild bird feathers.. When not in use, the headdress can be folded up, taking up very little space, with the feathers neatly protected inside. The headdress comes in a wide range of rich colors, either monochrome or a combination of colors, depending on the inspiration of the craftsman.
