First it was owls, then elephants, now it's all about the flamingo.
It's no longer about just the old plastic flamingo garden statues anymore (which have always been hideous by the way), the beautiful bird is now showing up in home decor. I've seen everything from shower curtains to artwork to even flamingo straws. I agree these creatures carry a sort of whimsy about them, let alone their gorgeous array of pink and coral feathers, but are we taking the trend too far?
